Cookie notice

This notice describes how Nexus uses cookies and similar storage on your device for your tenant organisation’s workspace. Read it together with your organisation’s privacy policy and other notices they provide to you separately.

Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are required for the service to work securely. They do not track you for advertising.

  • Session (auth-token) — Set when you sign in (including after two-factor verification). HttpOnly, tied to your tenant host name, used only to authenticate API requests and keep you signed in until you sign out or the session expires.

Functional cookies

These remember choices so the interface stays consistent.

  • Sidebar layout (sidebar_state) — Remembers whether the navigation sidebar is expanded or collapsed.
  • Cookie acknowledgement (nexus_cookie_consent) — Stores that you have accepted this cookie banner so we do not keep asking on every visit.

Managing cookies

You can remove cookies through your browser settings. If you delete essential session cookies, you will be signed out and will need to sign in again. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent the application from working correctly after login.
